This article talks about general precautionary measures to be taken so that, the supplements you buy do you and your loved ones no harm, in the long run too. In general we need to have water purifiers at home to have safe and clean drinking water and try to drink purified water outside home too. If possible, buy and drink bottled purified mineral water if you don't have a water purifier. I personally have a water purifier at home with Reverse Osmosis (previously had nanotechnology water purifier).
Please try not to exceed the maximum dosage for these supplements. These supplements are in no way meal replacements. Please have them with your regular staple diet. i.e. supplement your regular food habits with them for better nutrition and health in general. Most important 'it is always better to take your medicines at separate time and not with your nutritional supplements. Ideally, medicines should be taken 1- 2 hours after taking your nutritional supplements or vice versa. If is possible to take morning medicines at around noon time with any mid morning snacks (between breakfast and lunch) or afternoon just before or after lunch. 'From expereince I would say nutritional supplements are best to be taken just before breakfast or just after breakfast keeping an ideal gap of 1 -2 hours before taking any medication.'
Fulvic & Humic liquid Mineral Supplements: -
Fulvic and Humic mineral supplements contain the all natural Fulvic enzyme in them. Fulvic Enzyme reacts negatively with chlorine (The toxin used to clean our waterways of bacteria and viruses). So beware, Fulvic and Humic react with chlorine and produce deadlier toxins in the body which may do your body great deal of damage internally. The toxic load will bio accumulate in your body and cause great deal of harm. It is always better to stay on the safe side and drink Fulvic and Humic Mineral supplements with purified water available from water purifiers at home or at workplace.
Water purifiers with Nanotechnology and/or Reverse Osmosis technology. You may use carbon filter purifiers if you stay in an area which gives lesser polluted water (i.e. containing lesser T.D.S. Total Dissolved Solids). People with iron overload disease 'Hemochromatosis' should not be taking Humic Ionic Mineral Complex at all. People who eat heavy Non Veg i.e. red meat should be careful not to excceed thier daily iron intake with Humic Supplementation (instead use Fulvic Supplementation), because in the long run it can cause Iron Overload and lead to many health problems.
Super Multi and Max N-Fuse: -
They are Multi vitamin supplements and should not be had in excess. Anything in excess is bad for human body in general. Overdose can cause liver damage and corresponding kidney damage. In extreme cases can cause liver failure. Please stay safe and have these supplements in their daily recommended dosage. The importance of water purifier is universal (regardless of you all being on these supplements). It is always better to install a decent water purifier system in your home to drink purified water. It will work better for your health and help you absorb these nutritional supplements in a better way.
Krill Oil & Organic Chia Seeds: -
Generally, no known side effects have been seen so far in people who have overdosed on krill Oil and Organic Chia Seeds. Take 2 to 2.5 gms of Krill Oil daily is ok. Similarly, take little more than a scoop of Organic Chia Seeds is also ok, it will not cause any problem. The overdose philosphy ultimately applies here too.
It is ok to take a little extra over the daily recommended dosage, but please do not take a lot extra because it may certainly cause some side effects to your body. Some side effects you may not want yourself to deal with. Especially if you are on blood thinners and have a serious health problem like heart disease. It is mandatory that you must consult your physician before you include them in your diet.
If you are on blood thinners, or have a serious illness like heart disease please approach with caution. Talk to your physician, and ask for their advice if its really ok in taking essential fatty acids, and in what doses because EFAs have blood thinning effect. In other words Omega 3 nutrition should just work for you too.

There is no RDA for glutathione. But it is better if we do not exceed the maximum dosage i.e. 6 capsules a day for optimum performance. Mill Thistle in overdose can cause a problem. So please, if you are really not going to burn enough fuel i.e. nutrients in the body through exercise or having a long day at work it is always safe to not exceed the maximum of 6 capsules a day. A little extra can be taken for people who will be stressing their bodies to do long hours of work and need to be alert and active.
Also if you are taking prescribed cough medicine or soar throat medicine that already has 'N - Acetyl - Cysteine (NAC)' as an active ingrediant in them, is always better not to take MaxGxl capsules or take lesser servings till your precription medicines' course containing (NAC) is over. The reason - only because (NAC) is a prescription medcine and all of us never want to do a precscription overdose of NAC or any another pharma drug for that matter. The same philosphy - more in not good or stay safe and be within limits.
